Overview
Internal protocol preparation is open; formal determinations are not yet issued.
Stella Nova Education is forming its Institutional Review Board and completing the institutional procedures and federal registration applicable to its research portfolio. Internal submissions receive administrative completeness and scope review during this phase. Formal IRB approvals, exemptions, and other determinations are not issued until the board is constituted and authorized to act.
