Training records are validated by provider, course, completion date, expiration rule, certificate, and administrative review.
Overview
Accepted training is provider- and role-dependent.
The portal accepts OHRP, CITI Program, and Stella Nova institution-specific training. Uploaded certificates are parsed for available details and assigned a confidence score. Low-confidence or image-only records are routed to manual validation rather than accepted silently.
CITI Program
The training record includes course group, modules, learner identity, institution, completion date, expiration date, and certificate information.
Institution-specific training
Stella Nova assigns local policy, methods, privacy, data, fieldwork, and role-specific training according to the investigator’s responsibilities.
Provider-dependent validity
Expiration is calculated from the provider, course, institutional policy, and documented administrative overrides.
Next step
Training must be current before a protocol can move into formal review.
Investigators can upload certificates and see validation state, missing requirements, and expiration notices in the secure portal.
